摘  要:为了减少客户在加工链条销轴时的磨削量,提高客户的生产效率并降低生产成本。本文通过对比不同加热温度和不同冷却方式对表面脱碳的影响,并研究加强冷却后热轧盘条的力学性能变化,防止冷却加快后热轧盘条打包时发生脆断。结果显示降低加热温度和提高吐丝后的冷却速度有利于降低热轧盘条的表面脱碳,并未降低热轧盘条的塑性,打包时未发生脆断。In order to reduce the amount of grinding required by customers when machining chain pins,improve customer productivity and reduce production costs.This article compares the effects of different heating temperatures and cooling methods on surface decarburization,and studies the changes in mechanical properties of hot rolled wire rods after enhanced cooling to prevent brittle fracture during packaging of hot rolled wire rods after accelerated cooling.The results show that lowering the heating temperature and increasing the cooling rate after wire drawing are beneficial to reduce the surface decarburization of the hot rolled wire rod,without reducing the plasticity of the hot rolled wire rod,and no brittle fracture occurs during packaging..
