摘  要:本本文分析了钛电极真空等离子焊接焊缝氧化的原因,并针对各种原因提出了相应解决措施,解决了焊缝氧化问题。通过对钛电极真空等离子焊箱焊接过程及设备状况进行分析,最终检查出引起焊缝氧化的根本原因为焊箱与枪体连接处动密封真空脂渗出导致漏气、充氩系统减压阀及电磁阀因液氩温度过低导致损坏失效漏气及液氩中水份残留过多引起漏气。通过对动密封添加真空脂、增加液氩气化器两种方式有效的解决了焊缝氧化问题,为类似设备的故障排查提供了参考和借鉴。This article analyzes the causes of weld oxidation in vacuum plasma welding of titanium electrodes,and proposes corresponding solutions to various reasons to solve the problem of weld oxidation.Based on the analysis of the welding process and equipment conditions of the titanium electrode vacuum plasma welding box,it was ultimately found that the root causes of weld oxidation were air leakage caused by the leakage of the dynamic sealing vacuum grease at the connection between the welding box and the gun body,damage and failure of the pressure reducing valve and solenoid valve of the argon filling system due to the low temperature of the liquid argon,and air leakage caused by excessive water residue in the liquid argon.The problem of weld oxidation was effectively solved by adding vacuum grease to the dynamic seal and adding a liquid argon vaporizer,providing reference and reference for troubleshooting similar equipment.
