摘  要:基于测量光栅的工作机理,对光栅莫尔波形的数字分割技术进行较为深入的探讨。文章重点对计算机软件中的细分进行深入分析,建立了以Cohen-Sutherland编码为基础的分区划分方法,并对其进行了详细分析。通过对通用齿轮测试机的实际测试,证明了这种细分方法可以达到800倍的细分,50格/毫米的精度可以达到0.025μm以上,相对于硬件产品的细分精度要精确1~2倍。该方法具有很强的灵活性,能够根据实际需求和计算机的配置情况,适当改进细分的精确性。According to the working principle of the measuring grating,the grating moire signal is numerically divided.The algorithm of digit segmentation in PC software is discussed emphatically.According to the Cohen-Sutherland coding principle,a new partition coding method is proposed and analyzed in detail.Through the application on the general gear tester,it is proved that this subdivision method can achieve a subdivision factor of 800 times,and the resolution of the 50 lines/mm grating is above 0.025 micron,which is 1 higher than the subdivision accuracy of hardware products 1~2.The method has strong flexibility and can reasonably improve the subdivision accuracy according to the actual needs and the requirements of computer hardware.
