摘  要:为保证3200 kN双向门机的结构安全性和运行可靠性,通过分析门机的实际运行情况,确定了起升、走行以及非工作状态3个校核工况的边界条件,建立了门架实体模型。利用ANSYS软件得到了简化后的门架有限元模型,并经过有限元仿真分析得到了门架各工况下的应力分析结果,同时按照强度标准对门架各主要结构进行了校核。结果表明,门架满足强度要求。该仿真分析方法对完善门机结构的安全性评估体系具有重要意义。In order to ensure the structural safety and operational reliability of 3200 kN two-way gantry crane,the boundary conditions of hoisting,traveling and non-working conditions are determined by analyzing the actual operation of the gantry crane.Then,the solid model of the gantry frame is established,and the simplified finite element model of the gantry frame is obtained by using ANSYS software,and the stress analysis results under various conditions of the gantry frame are obtained by finite element simulation analysis.Finally,the main structures of the gantry frame are checked according to the strength standard.The results show that the gantry frame meets the strength requirements.The simulation analysis method is of great significance for improving the safety evaluation system of the gantry crane structure.
