摘  要:针对涡轮性能试验件的漏油问题进行研究,分析试验件漏油的原因,得出防漏油设计的关键在于降低封严结构的气体泄漏量。文章应用发明问题解决理论(Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems,TRIZ)对问题进行分析,得出了关键的技术矛盾,并通过矛盾矩阵得到了候选的发明原理。依据发明原理,提出了4种解决方案,并针对其中可行的3种解决方案进行了计算分析,验证了方案的有效性。This article studied the oil leakage of the turbo performance testing specimen,and the cause of oil leakage was analyzed in detail.The key of the oil sealing design was to reduce the gas mass flow from the sealing structure.Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems(TRIZ)was applied to solve the problem and the critical technical contradiction was achieved in this paper.The standard solutions of this technical problem were acquired by using contradiction matrix of TRIZ.Four potential methods were proposed based on the standard solutions.The three feasible methods were analyzed through theoretical computation,and the improved design were proved to be efficient.
