摘  要:集装箱液袋在液体运输行业得到了飞速发展,近年来国内需求量急剧增加。但是,国内折叠集装箱液袋大多是人工折叠,折叠一个集装箱液袋需要最少两个人,两个工人每天的液袋生产量约为800个,生产效率较低,工人劳动强度大。设计的液袋自动折叠机能满足集装箱液袋的折叠要求,将自动折叠的生产量提高到每天1200个以上。Container flexitank has developed rapidly in the liquid transportation industry and domestic demand has increased sharply in recent years.However,most of the domestic folding container flexitank is manually folded,folding a container flexitank requires at least two people.The daily production volume of flexitank by two workers is about 800.the production efficiency is low and the labor intensity of workers is large.The automatic folding machine of flexitank studied in this paper can meet the folding requirements of container flexitank and the production volume of automatic folding is increased to more than 1200 per day.
