摘 要:现阶段五轴激光加工机床的使用日趋广泛,但存在基础费用和设备维修率高的问题。因此,提出一种完善机床性能和延长使用寿命的强散热电气柜。基于强化散热的需求,重置电气柜内部布局优化散热,计算分析热载荷进行风机选型并进行仿真验证。仿真结果证明,该设计满足日常生产加工需求,减少了因温度过高造成元件损坏,有助于降低设备维修更换频率,延长其使用寿命。At present,the use of five axis laser processing machine tools is becoming more and more active,and the problems of high basic cost and equipment maintenance rate still need to be solved.This paper presents a strong heat dissipation electric cabinet to improve the performance of the machine tool and prolong its service life.Based on the needs of strengthening heat dissipation,the internal layout of the electrical cabinet was reset to optimize heat dissipation,and the heat load was calculated and analyzed for fan selection and simulation verification.It is expected that the equipment will be replaced more frequently and the damage will be reduced due to the high design temperature.
