摘  要:为探究坯料温度对渐开线直齿轮轴楔横轧齿形轧制分齿精度的影响规律,根据齿轮轴楔横轧成形特点,建立了轧制成形几何模型,利用Deform-3D有限元软件模拟了齿坯轧制温度对分齿质量精度的影响。模拟结果表明,随着金属齿坯温度升高,按理论计算的第一阶段模具齿距无法进行正确的分齿,必须进行修正,可为提高产品质量提供理论依据和技术支撑。In order to explore the influence rule of billet temperature on the tooth profile rolling precision of involute spur gear shaft cross wedge rolling,according to the forming characteristics of gear shaft cross wedge rolling,a geometric model of rolling forming was established,which was simulated by Deform-3D finite element software.The influence of the rolling temperature of the tooth blank on the quality accuracy of the teeth is studied.The simulation results show that with the increase of the temperature of the metal tooth blank,the first stage of the theoretical calculation of the die pitch cannot be correctly divided and must be corrected.This research provides a theoretical basis and technical support for improving product quality.
