摘  要:针对某型飞机发生多架次高压油滤固定支座发生的裂纹故障,从产品结构形式、产品材料、使用工况以及安装环境等方面进行分析,得出产品裂纹故障的主要原因为产品固定点凸台高度差和与之连接的导管存在安装应力。通过有限元理论分析验证了凸台高度差和导管安装应力裂纹部位与实际相吻合,找出了故障发生原因,并针对故障原因提出预防和改进措施。Aiming at the crack failure of high-pressure oil filter bearing in multiple sorties of a certain type of aircraft,this paper analyzed from the aspects of product structure form,product material,working condition and installation environment.Through the analysis of product structure form and theoretical calculation,it was concluded that the main reason of product crack failure was the relationship between the height difference of the fixed point boss and the installation stress of the pipe connected with it.Through the finite element theory analysis,it is verified that the height difference of the boss and the stress crack part of the conduit installation are consistent with the practice,the cause of the failure is found out,and the prevention and improvement measures are put forward.
