摘  要:分析发光二极管(LED)生产制造中阻焊膜缺陷的原因,通过鱼骨图对阻焊膜波纹产生的原因进行分析,列出主要影响因素。根据阻焊膜感光特性,分别验证感光固化条件、不同LED对阻焊膜波纹的影响性测试。实验结果表明:LED光源不能对底层油墨进行有效光固化,导致波纹现象产生。提出改善预防措施,并详细介绍了如何通过改造灯源降低LED生产过程中阻焊膜波纹异常的方法。The causes of solder mask defects in the production and manufacturing of light-emitting diodes(LEDs)were analyzed,the causes of solder mask film ripples were analyzed through fishbone diagrams,the main influencing factors were listed,and the photocuring conditions and the influence of different light-emitting diodes on the ripples of solder mask film were verified according to the photosensitive characteristics of the solder mask film,and the influence of different light-emitting diode wavelengths on the ripple of the solder mask film was finally obtained according to the experimental results,which was that the LED light source process could not effectively cure the underlying ink,resulting in corrugation.At the same time,the paper proposes preventive measures for improvement,and details how to reduce the abnormal ripple of the solder mask film in the LED production process through lamp source transformation.
