摘  要:乡村振兴背景下对农业人才的数据素养提出更高的要求,农业院校提升大学生的数据素养势在必行,目前已有的评价体系缺乏针对性,因此构建面向农业院校大学生数据素养能力评价体系显得尤为必要和紧迫。在分析国内外数据素养研究现状基础上,围绕我国农业院校大学生数据素养能力培养现状进行分析,遵照“以学生为中心、以成果为导向、进行持续改进”的教育理念,在数据意识、数据获取能力、数据分析能力和数据伦理道德4个层面针对我国农业院校大学生数据素养能力构建评价指标体系,形成以制定评价目标、选取评价指标、实施评价过程和反馈与改进的闭环。最终构建了由4个一级指标和15个二级指标组成的评价指标体系,并对学生、教师、学校相关管理部门三个群体分别给出应用建议,为有效提升农业院校大学生的数据素养提供科学依据。Under the background of rural revitalization,higher requirements are put forward for agricultural talents'data literacy.It is imperative for agricultural universities to improve the data literacy of college students.At present,the existing evaluation system lacks pertinence,so it is particularly necessary and urgent to construct an evaluation system for agricultural university students'data literacy ability.Based on the analysis of the research status of data literacy at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the cultivation status of data literacy ability of agricultural university students in China,and follows the educational philosophy of"student-centered,achievement-oriented,and continuous improvement",and constructs an evaluation index system for data literacy ability of agricultural university students in China from four levels:data awareness,data acquisition ability,data analysis ability,and data ethics,forming a closed loop for setting evaluation objectives,selecting evaluation indexes,implementing evaluation process,and feedback and improvement.Finally,an evaluation index system composed of 4 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators was constructed,and application suggestions were given to students,teachers and relevant management departments of the school,which provided scientific basis for effectively improving the data literacy of agricultural college students.
