摘 要:为探讨有氧运动对育肥期滩羊小肠结构的影响,选取同期断奶和体重为(16±2)kg的滩羊母羔羊60只,随机分为3组,每组20只,分别为对照组(全舍饲)、试验1组(每日运动10 km)和试验2组(每日运动5 km),试验期6个月。试验结束后各组随机选取5只试验羊屠宰取小肠组织,H.E.染色和嗜银细胞染色,显微镜下观察小肠生理结构的变化情况。结果显示:与对照组相比试验1组和试验2组十二指肠和回肠肠绒毛上皮内淋巴细胞数量极显著增加(P<0.01),试验1组空肠肠绒毛上皮内淋巴细胞数量极显著增加(P<0.01),试验1组回肠和空肠肠绒毛上皮内淋巴细胞数量显著高于试验2组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组回肠肠绒毛中轴固有层内的淋巴细胞极显著增加(P<0.01),试验1组空肠、十二指肠肠绒毛中轴固有层内的淋巴细胞极显著增加(P<0.01),试验2组空肠肠绒毛中轴固有层内的淋巴细胞显著增加(P<0.05),试验1组十二指肠肠绒毛中轴固有层内的淋巴细胞显著高于试验2组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验1组回肠和十二指肠肠绒毛杯状细胞数极显著增加(P<0.01),试验1组空肠肠绒毛杯状细胞数显著增加(P<0.05),试验2组十二指肠肠绒毛杯状细胞数显著增加(P<0.05)。试验1组回肠肠绒毛杯状细胞数显著高于试验2组(P<0.05)。结果表明滩羊育肥期每日有氧运动10 km,可增加小肠肠绒毛上皮内淋巴细胞和肠绒毛中轴固有层内的淋巴细胞数量和小肠肠绒毛杯状细胞数。To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on small intestine structure of Tan sheep in fattening period,a total of 60 Tan sheep female lambs weaned at the same time with the body weight of(16±2)kg were selected for the experiment.The experimental sheep were randomly divided into three groups with 20 sheep in each group,which were the control group(full house feeding),experiment group 1(10 km daily exercise)and experiment group 2(5 km daily exercise),respectively.The experiment lasted for six months.At the end of the experiment,five sheep in each group were randomly slaughtered to get small intestine tissue,based on hematoxylin-eosin staining(H.E.)and argyrophilic cell staining,the changes of small intestine physiological structure were observed under microelectron microscope.The results showed that compared with the control group,the number of villous intraepithelial lymphocytes in duodenum and ileum of test groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased(P<0.01),the number of villous intraepithelial lymphocytes in jejunum of test group 1 was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the number of villous intraepithelial lymphocytes in ileum and jejunum of test group 1 was significantly higher than that in test group 2(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of lymphocytes in the laminal propria in the middle axis of ileum villus in the test groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.01),the lymphocytes in the ileum and the duodenum in the test group 1 were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the lymphocytes in the laminal propria of the villus axis of jejunum in the test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The number of lymphocytes in the duodenal and intestinal villus axis lamina propria in test group 1 was significantly higher than that in test group 2(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of goblet cells in the ileum and duodenum of test group 1 was significantly increased(P<0.01),the number of goblet cells in the jejunum of test group 1 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and
