摘 要:为探究不同能量水平饲料对细毛羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验选用60只甘肃高山细毛羊,随机分为3组,分别饲喂能量水平为10 MJ·kg^(-1)(对照组)、8 MJ·kg^(-1)(试验Ⅰ组)和12 MJ·kg^(-1)MJ·kg^(-1)(试验Ⅱ组)的饲粮,测定生长性能和血清生化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组的平均日采食量、平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著升高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的平均日采食量、平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组的白蛋白、总蛋白、葡萄糖、三酰甘油和尿素氮水平显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的白蛋白、总蛋白、葡萄糖、三酰甘油和尿素氮水平显著升高(P<0.05)。说明不同能量水平的饲料对细毛羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响极大,在本试验条件下,最适饲料能量水平为12 MJ·kg^(-1)。In order to explore the effects of feeding with different energy levels on the growth performance and serum biochemica indexes of fine-wool sheep,a total of 60 alpine fine-wool sheep from Gansu Province were randomly divided into three groups and fed with energy levels of 10 MJ·kg^(-1)(control group),8 MJ·kg^(-1)(experimental group Ⅰ)and 12 MJ·kg^(-1)(experimental group Ⅱ),respectively,and the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes were determined.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of the experimental group Ⅰ were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the material-toweight ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of the experimental group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the material-to-weight ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of albumin,the total protein,glucose,triacylglycerol and urea nitrogen in the experimental groupⅠwere significantly reduced(P<0.05).The levels of albumin,the total protein,glucose,triacylglycerol and urea nitrogen in the experimental group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results showed that feeding with different energy levels had great influence on the growth performance and serum biochemical level of fine-wool sheep,and the optimal feed energy level was 12 MJ·kg^(-1) under the test conditions.
