摘  要:目的评估基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)检测肠杆菌科细菌产碳青霉烯酶的应用价值。方法选取2018-2021年中山市致病菌识别网分离的111株肠杆菌科细菌。所有菌株采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)、改良碳青霉烯灭活试验(mCIM)、MALDI-TOF MS进行检测,分析评估MALDI-TOF MS在检测肠杆菌科细菌产碳青霉烯酶的能力。结果111株菌株采用mCIM和MALDI-TOF MS两种方法进行检测,均检出32株菌产碳青霉烯酶,其余79株菌不产酶。结论mCIM和MALDI-TOF MS两种方法对肠杆菌科细菌产碳青霉烯酶检测结果一致,具有相同的灵敏度,且MALDI-TOF MS检测时间大幅减少,可实现批量检测,具有推广应用的价值。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application value of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)in detection of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae.METHODS Totally 111 strains of Enterobacteriaceae that were isolated from Zhongshan pathogen identification network between 2018 and 2021.All of the strains were detected by means of disk diffusion method(K-B method),modified carbapenem inactivation test(mCIM)and MALDI-TOF-MS.The capability of MALDI-TOF MS in detection of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae was observed.RESULTS mCIM and MALDI-TOF MS were employed to detect 111 strains,both methods detected 32 strains of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae,and the rest of 79 strains did not produced enzyme.CONCLUSION The detection results of mCIM and MALDI-TOF MS are the same,and they have the same sensitivity.MALDI-TOF MS requires significantly less detection time enables batch detections,and it is worthy to be promoted.
