摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并梅毒外周血miR-101-3p、miR-195-5p和miR-223-3p表达及临床意义。方法选择2019年1月-2021年6月石家庄第五医院妇产科妊娠合并梅毒孕妇162例为研究组,随机选择同期40名无任何疾病健康顺产孕妇为对照组。实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法检测所有孕妇外周血miR-101-3p、miR-195-5p和miR-223-3p表达,研究组进行梅毒抗体滴度和梅毒抗体转阴检测。结果研究组单个核细胞(PBMCs)中miR-101-3p、miR-195-5p、miR-223-3p表达高于对照组(P<0.05),受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析结果显示,miR-101-3p、miR-195-5p和miR-223-3p诊断妊娠合并梅毒的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.752、0.773和0.782,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。梅毒抗体滴度≤1∶4组PBMCs中miR-101-3p、miR-195-5p和miR-223-3p表达低于>1∶4组(P<0.05)。治疗后正常转阴组孕妇PBMCs中miR-101-3p、miR-195-5p和miR-223-3p表达低于血清固定组(P<0.05)。结论外周血PBMCs中miR-101-3p、miR-195-5p和miR-223-3p表达对于评估孕妇梅毒感染状态、感染滴度及驱梅治疗效果有一定价值,且不受孕周影响。OBJECTIVE To explore the expressions of miR-101-3p,miR-195-5p and miR-223-3p in peripheral blood of pregnant women complicated with syphilis and analyze their clinical significance.METHODS A total of 162 pregnant women who were complicated with syphilis and treated in obstetrics and gynecology department of Shijiazhuang Fifth Hospital from Jan 2019 to Jun 2021 were assigned as the study group,meanwhile,40 healthy pregnant women who gave natural birth were chosen as the control group.The expression levels of miR-101-3p,miR-195-5p and miR-223-3p in peripheral blood of all the pregnant women were detected by means of real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The syphilis antibody titer and negative turning of syphilis antibody were detected for the study group.RESULTS The expression levels of miR-101-3p,miR-195-5p and miR-223-3p in PBMCs were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve analysis showed that the areas under curves(AUCs)of miR-101-3p,miR-195-5p and miR-223-3p were respectively 0.752,0.773 and 0.782 in diagnosis of syphilis in the pregnant women,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The expression levels of PBMCs miR-101-3p,miR-195-5p and miR-223-3p of the patients with syphilis antibody titer no more than 1:4 were lower than those of the patients with syphilis antibody titer more than 1:4(P<0.05).The expression levels of PBMCs miR-101-3p,miR-195-5p and miR-223-3p of the normal negative group were lower than those of the serum fixation group after the treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The expressions of PBMCs miR-101-3p,miR-195-5p and miR-223-3p have certain values in assessment of syphilis status,titer of infection and therapeutic effect and are not affected by gestational age.
