丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合聚焦超声治疗女性外阴白色病变的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合聚焦超声治疗女性外阴白色病变的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的80例外阴白色病变患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏治疗,观察组采用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合聚焦超声治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、14 d、30 d后,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组的不良反应发生率(10.00%vs.7.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙酸氯倍他索乳膏联合聚焦超声治疗女性外阴白色病变的效果显著,可有效减轻患者的疼痛反应,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clobetasol propionate ointment combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of female vulva white lesions.Methods 80 patients with vulva white lesions admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clobetasol propionate ointment,and the observation group was treated with clobetasol propionate ointment combined with focused ultrasound.The treatment effect,pain degree and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d,14 d and 30 d of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(10.00%vs.7.50%,P>0.05).Conclusions Clobetasol propionate ointment combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of female vulva white lesions has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the pain response of patients and has high safety.
