摘　　要：目的探讨超声检测脐动脉血流指标联合胎心监护评估重度先兆子痫围生儿预后的价值。方法选择2018年5月至2022年3月我院收治的重度先兆子痫孕妇80例作为研究组,同期健康孕妇80例作为对照组,两组均行脐动脉血流超声检查及胎心监护,比较两组的脐动脉血流指标及围生儿预后。结果研究组的收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期血流速度(S/D)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)水平均高于对照组,早产、新生儿窒息、低体重儿发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声检测脐动脉血流指标联合胎心监护在重度先兆子痫中应用价值较高,有助于提高重度先兆子痫检出率,在评估围生儿预后中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the value of ultrasound detection of umbilical artery blood flow indicators combined with fetal heart rate monitoring in evaluating the prognosis of perinatal infants of severe preeclampsia.Methods 80 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to March 2022 were selected as the study group,and 80 healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent ultrasound examination of umbilical artery blood flow and fetal heart rate monitoring.The umbilical artery blood flow indicators and perinatal prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity(S/D),pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidences of premature birth,neonatal asphyxia and low birth weight were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound detection of umbilical artery blood flow indicators combined with fetal heart rate monitoring has high application value in severe preeclampsia,which is helpful to improve the detection rate of severe preeclampsia and plays an important role in evaluating the prognosis of perinatal infants.
