摘　　要：目的探讨经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法80例老年椎体压缩性骨折患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组行切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组行经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术治疗。比较两组的手术指标、术后疼痛程度及生活自理能力。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,伤椎增加高度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,术后1周、2周、1个月的ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的效果显著,有助于降低患者术后疼痛程度,改善患者生活自理能力。Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous puncture bone cement vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly vertebral compression fractures.Methods 80 elderly patients with vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous puncture bone cement vertebroplasty.The surgical indicators,postoperative pain degree and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the control group,and the increased height of the injured vertebrae was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after surgery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ADL scores at 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Percutaneous puncture bone cement vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly vertebral compression fractures has significant effect,which helps to reduce postoperative pain degree and improve the self-care ability of patients.
