摘　　要：目的探讨自制金霉素眼膏油纱条在包皮环切术后护理中的应用效果。方法140例包皮环切术患者随机分为两组。术后,对照组予以常规无菌纱布敷料护理,观察组予以自制金霉素眼膏油纱条护理。比较两组的切口愈合情况、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组的切口愈合时间及水肿消退时间均短于对照组,术后切口疼痛评分均低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制金霉素眼膏油纱条应用于包皮环切术后护理可促进切口愈合,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made chlortetracycline eye ointment ribbon gauze in postoperative nursing of circumcision.Methods 140 patients with circumcision were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group received routine sterile gauze dressing nursing,while the observation group received self-made chlortetracycline eye ointment ribbon gauze nursing.The incision healing,postoperative pain scores,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incision healing time and edema regression time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the postoperative incision pain scores were lower than those of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of self-made chlortetracycline eye ointment ribbon gauze in postoperative nursing of circumcision can promote incision healing,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
