加味越鞠汤治疗因服抗精神病药引起的代谢综合征疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨加味越鞠汤口服对因服抗精神病药引起代谢综合征患者的治疗效果。方法 选择2020年10月—2021年12月包头市第六医院住院的精神病患者60例,临床均符合服用抗精神病药后引起代谢综合征的诊断标准。随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组行代谢综合征常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上加用加味越鞠汤口服。对两组患者的血糖、血脂、腰围指标及躯体不适症状进行比较。结果 治疗后,两组患者FBG、TG水平均较治疗前显著下降,HDL较治疗前明显升高,且观察组FBG、TG分别为(5.82±0.68)、(2.36±0.48)mmol/L均低于对照组,HDL(1.06±0.18)mmol/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.254、2.491、2.177,P<0.05)。观察组躯体不适症状明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味越鞠汤能够对长期服用抗精神病药物引起的代谢综合症患者的各项生化指标的改善起到协同治疗作用,并可改善患者的躯体不适症状。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of oral administration of Jiaweiyueju decoction on patients with metabolic syndrome caused by taking antipsychotic drugs.Methods 60 psychiatric patients hospitalized in Baotou Sixth Hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and all clinically met the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome caused by taking antipsychotic drugs.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with the conventional symptomatic treatment of metabolic syndrome,and the observation group was treated orally with Jiaweiyueju decoction on the basis of this.The blood glucose,blood lipids,waist circumference index and somatic discomfort symptoms of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the FBG and TG level of both groups decreased significantly and HDL increased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the FBG and TG of the observation group were(5.82±0.68) mmol/L and(2.36±0.48) mmol/L lower than those of the control group,and HDL(1.06±0.18) mmol/L higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.254,2.491,2.177,P<0.05).The atic discomfort symptoms of the observation group were significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaweiyueju decoction can play a synergistic therapeutic role in the improvement of various biochemical indexes in patients with metabolic syndrome caused by long-term antipsychotic drugs,and can improve the patient's physical discomfort symptoms.
