中医针灸辨证取穴在老年腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)患者中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 探究中医针灸辨证取穴在老年腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion,LIDP)患者中的治疗效果。方法 选取2018年10月—2021年10月南京中医药大学附属医院(如皋市中医医院)行LIDP治疗的106例老年患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组予保守治疗,观察组则予以中医针灸辨证取穴治疗。比对两组治疗效果、腰椎功能、疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(92.45%)高于对照组(77.36%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.711,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腰椎功能评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(3.77%)低于对照组(15.09%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.975,P<0.05)。结论 老年腰椎间盘突出症治疗中实施中医针灸辨证取穴能提高治疗效果,改善腰椎功能,减轻痛感,降低不良反应。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion with point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation in elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods 106 elderly patients with LIDP were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from October 2018 to October 2021,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was treated conservatively,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effect,lumbar spine function,pain score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.45%) was higher than that in the control group(77.36%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.711,P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group(3.77%) was lower than the control group(15.09%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.975,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion with point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the elderly can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the function of the lumbar spine,reduce pain and decrease adverse reactions.
