四神丸联合复合乳酸菌胶囊在腹泻型肠易激综合征临床治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 研讨四神丸联合复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者72例进行研究,按照单盲分组方式将其分为两组,其中参照组36例,观察组36例。参照组使用复合乳酸菌胶囊进行治疗,观察组在复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗基础上使用四神丸辅助治疗。分析两组患者的中医症状评分水平、临床疗效、并发症发生率以及不良情绪的情况。结果 治疗后观察组患者的腹痛腹胀、排便频率、大便形状、黏液便、排便不尽感症状评分,均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.628、24.327、27.807、13.237、27.973,P<0.001);观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.006、3.825,P<0.001);观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.22%,与参照组的数据比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.691,P=0.003);观察组并发症发生率为5.56%,低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.011)。结论 腹泻型肠易激综合征患者使用四神丸联合复合乳酸菌胶囊进行治疗,能够提升临床治疗效果。Objective To discuss the effect of Sishenwan combined with lactobacillus complex capsule therapy on the patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 72 patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to single-blind grouping,including 36 cases in the reference group and 36 cases in the observation group.The reference group was treated with lactobacillus complex capsule,and the observation group was treated with Sishenwan on basis of lactobacillus complex capsule.The level of TCM symptom scores,clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and adverse emotions of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results The symptom scores of abdominal pain and distension,frequency of defecation,stool shape,mucus stool,and incomplete defecation in the patients of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.628,24.327,27.807,13.237,27.973,P<0.001).Patients in the observation group had lower anxiety and depression scores than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.006,3.825,P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the observation group was 97.22%,compared with the data of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.691,P=0.003).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.011).Conclusion The use of Sishenwan combined with lactobacillus complex capsule for patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome can enhance the clinical treatment effect.
