急诊床旁超声心动图在急诊科抢救急重症休克分型中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析急重症休克采用急诊床旁超声心动图检测在休克分型中的作用。方法 选取2020年12月—2021年6月云南省曲靖市第二人民医院急诊科收治的71例急重症休克患者,所有患者均接受急诊床旁超声心动图、X线胸片+心电图进行检测,汇总检测结果。结果 急诊床旁超声心动图检测耗时为(12.04±2.30)min,短于X线胸片+心电图耗时(40.48±7.55)min,差异有统计学意义(t=45.646,P<0.05);急诊床旁超声心动图检测诊断准确性高于X线胸片+心电图检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急重症休克分型中,采用急诊床旁超声心动图进行检测,检测实施后,能够准确鉴别休克成因,所得数据精准度较高,检测耗时较短,有助于患者疾病确诊,临床应用效果基本可达预期。Objective To analyze the role of emergency bedside echocardiography detection in shock staging in acute critical shock.Methods From December 2020 to June 2021,71 patients with acute and severe shock admitted to the Emergency Department of the Second People's Hospital of Qujing City,Yunnan Province were selected.All patients were tested by emergency bedside echocardiography,chest X-ray and electrocardiogram,and the test results were summarized.Results The detection time of emergency bedside echocardiography was(12.04±2.30)min,which was shorter than that of X-ray chest film+ECG(40.48±7.55)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=45.646,P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of emergency bedside echocardiography were higher than that of X-ray and electrocardiogram chest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In acute critical shock staging,the use of emergency bedside echocardiography for testing,after the implementation of the test,can accurately identify the cause of shock,the accuracy of the data obtained is higher,the test time is shorter,which helps to confirm the diagnosis of the patient's disease,and the clinical application effect can basically meet expectations.
