CT诊断对于肺部转移性恶性肿瘤的诊断效果研究

摘　　要：目的 评估肺部转移恶性肿瘤患者应用CT诊断的应用效果。方法 选择聊城市传染病医院在2021年2月—2022年2月期间就诊的90例疑似肺部转移性恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均采用CT诊断,以病理学检查为金标准,分析CT诊断在肺部转移性恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。结果 病理诊断结果显示阳性84例,阴性6例。CT诊断结果显示检出阳性率为91.11%,敏感度为96.43%、特异度为83.33%、准确性为95.56%、阳性预测值为98.78%、阴性预测值为62.50%。Kappa=0.7,一致性较好。结论肺部转移恶性肿瘤患者应用CT诊断具有较高的应用价值,具有较高的敏感度。Objective To evaluate the application effect of CT diagnosis in patients with metastatic malignant tumors in the lung.Methods Ninety patients with suspected metastatic malignant tumors of the lung who were seen in Liaocheng Infectious Disease Hospital between February 2021 and February 2022 were selected as the research object and and all were diagnosed by CT.Pathological examination was used as the gold standard to analyze the application value of CT diagnosis in metastatic malignant tumors of the lung.Results The pathological diagnosis showed a positive for 84 cases and a negative for 6 cases.The CT diagnosis showed a positive detection rate of 91.11%,the sensitivity of CT diagnosis was 96.43%,the specificity was 83.33%,the accuracy was 95.56%,the positive predictive value was 98.78%,and the negative predictive value was 62.50%.Kappa=0.7,consistency was good.Conclusion The application of CT diagnosis in patients with pulmonary metastasis malignant tumor has high application value and high sensitivity.
