摘  要:目的 探讨对肛周脓肿与肛瘘采用浅表高频探头联合腔内探头诊断的价值。方法 选择2021年4月—2022年3月江苏省如皋市中医院收治的疑似80例肛周脓肿或(合)肛瘘患者,均进行浅表高频探头、腔内探头进行诊断,以手术结果为金标准,比较联合检测、浅表高频探头、腔内探头的诊断效能,并评价联合诊断与金标准的一致性。结果 联合检测诊断准确率(98.75%)高于浅表高频探头(87.50%)、腔内探头(90.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111、5.143,P<0.05)。联合检测鉴别诊断一致性好(Kappa=1.00)。结论 对肛周脓肿与肛瘘采用浅表高频探头联合腔内探头检测诊断效能高,联合检测与金标准一致性好。Objective To investigate the value of using a superficial high frequency probe combined with intraluminal probe for the diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula.Methods 80 patients suspected with perianal abscess or(combined)anal fistula admitted to Rugao Chinese Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected for diagnosis by superficial high frequency probe and intraluminal probe.Surgical outcome were taken as the gold standard,to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the combined detection,superficial probe,and evaluate the consistency of the combined diagnosis with the gold standard.Results The diagnostic accuracy of combined detection(98.75%)was higher than that of superficial high frequency probe(87.50%)and lumen probe(90.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,5.143,P<0.05).The combination test was very consistent(Kappa=1.00).Conclusion The use of a superficial high frequency probe combined with intraluminal probe for the diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula has high diagnostic efficacy,and the combined test is in good agreement with the gold standard.
