钼靶X线、超声检出微钙化灶在乳腺癌诊断中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究分析钼靶、超声检出微钙化灶在乳腺癌诊断中的效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年2月—2022年2月江苏省盐城市妇幼保健院实施诊断和治疗的50例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,观察患者钼靶X线、超声检查诊断微钙化灶情况,比较两者对微钙化灶诊断符合率。结果 50例乳腺癌患者中37例患者为浸润型导管癌,8例患者为浸润性小叶癌,5例患者为导管内原位癌。钼靶X线检查微钙化灶符合率为94.0%(47/50),高于超声检查的56.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.253,P<0.05)。结论 在乳腺癌的微钙化灶检出上,相对于超声检查而言,钼靶X线的符合率明显更高,在临床中,可根据实际情况选择相应的检查诊断方式,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供有效的参考依据。Objective To study and analyze the effect of molybdenum target and ultrasound to detect microcalcifications foci in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 50 breast cancer patients diagnosed and treated in Jiangsu Province Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Observed the diagnosis of molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasound examination,Comparison of the coincidence rate between the two for the diagnosis of calcified lesions.Results 50 cases of breast cancer,37 patients were invasive ductal carcinoma,8 patients were invasive lobular carcinoma,and 5 patients were intraductal carcinoma in situ.The compliance rate of microcalcifications in molybdenum target X-ray examination was 94.0%(47/50),which was higher than 56.0%(28/50)of ultrasound examination,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.253,P<0.05).Conclusion In the detection of microcalcifications in breast cancer,compared with ultrasound examination,compliance rate of molybdenum target X-ray is significantly higher.In clinical practive,the corresponding examination and diagnosis method can be selected according to the actual situation,to provide an effective reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
