三伏贴结合温针灸治疗颈型颈椎病的临床有效性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨三伏贴+温针灸治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年8月江阴市中医院收治的颈型颈椎病患者60例,采用随机数表法分为两组。即参照组,30例,行三伏贴治疗;研究组,30例,行三伏贴+温针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率以及不同时间段颈痛量表(NPQ)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数调查问卷(NDI)评分以及视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分。结果 研究组治疗后的总体疗效(96.67%)优于参照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);治疗前,研究组NPQ评分、NDI评分、VAS评分与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组上述评分结果较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三伏贴+温针灸方法较三伏贴单一治疗的效果更佳,可显著提高颈型颈椎病患者的治疗效果,并有效改善其颈部疼痛症状、颈部功能,促进颈型颈椎病患者的良好预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanfu paste+warm acupuncture for cervical spondylosis patients.Methods 60 cervical spondylosis patients admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected,and were divided into two groups by random number table,namely the reference group,with 30 patients,whichwere treated with Sanfu paste,and the study group,with 30 patients,which were treated with warm acupuncture+Sanfu paste.The total efficiency of treatment and the scores of neck pain scale(NPQ),cervical spine dysfunction index questionnaire(NDI)and visual analog scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results The overall efficacy of the study group after treatment was 96.67%,significantly better than 73.33%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.7059,P<0.05).Before treatment,the NPQ score,NDI score,and VAS score between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the results of these scores in the study group were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Sanfu paste+warm acupuncture is more effective than the single treatment of Sanfu paste,which can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with cervical spondylosis and improve their neck pain symptoms and neck function effectively,and can promote a good prognosis for patients with cervical spondylosis.
