摘　　要：目的探讨针刀结合肾着汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效。方法选取我院2019年10月至2021年10月收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用针刀结合肾着汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、疼痛评分、功能障碍评分和腰背伸肌指标。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日本骨科学会(JOA)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,峰力矩(PT)、力矩加速能(TAE)、平均功率(AP)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),屈肌/伸肌峰力矩比值(F/E)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用针刀结合肾着汤治疗可有效改善临床症状,降低疼痛程度和功能障碍评分,改善腰背伸肌功能,疗效确切。Objective To explore the curative effect of needle knife combined with Shenzhe Decoction on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 90 patients with lumbar disc herni-ation treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with needle knife combined with Shenzhe Decoction.The TCM syndrome score,pain score,dysfunction score and lumbodorsal extensor index were compared between the two groups before and af-ter treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Japanese Or-thopaedic Association(JOA)in both groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Peak torque(PT),torque acceleration energy(TAE)and average power(AP)de-creased in both groups,and those in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The ratio of flexor and extensorpeak torque(F/E)increased in both groups,and the ratio in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion Treating lumbar disc herniation patients with needle knife com-bined with ShenzheDecoctioncan effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of pain and dysfunc-tion score,and improve the function of lumbodorsal extensors.
