摘　　要：阳痿,是成年男性常见的性功能疾病,对患者身心健康造成了极大的困扰。中医认为肝血、肾精的亏虚是阳痿发病的关键。本文通过系统介绍精血同源理论及肝血、肾精对男性阴茎勃起的影响,从精血同源探讨补血药对肾精亏虚型阳痿的治疗作用以及补血以生精治痿的思路探讨。Impotence is a common sexual function disease in adult males,which causes great distress to the physical and mental health of patients.In Traditional Chinese Medicine,it is believed that the deficiency of liver blood and kidney essence is the root of impotence.This paper systematically introduces the theory of blood essence homology and the influence of liver blood and kidney essence on male penile erection,and discusses the therapeutic effect of blood-tonifying drugs on impotence of kidney essence deficiency type from the theory ofblood essence homology and the idea of tonifyingblood to produce essence and treat impotence.
