摘  要:猪传染性胸膜肺炎由胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(App)感染引起,影响猪的呼吸系统,死亡率高,在世界范围内造成猪业的重大经济损失。临床研究发现,部分野生株App对于常规抗生素具有耐药性,这为该病的防治带来严峻的挑战。本文梳理了近年来App感染过程中宿主免疫应答方面的相关研究,从先天性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫3个方面,探讨该菌的感染机理和免疫原性,以期为猪传染性胸膜肺炎的防控和疫苗研究提供参考。Porcine pleuropneumonia is caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(A.pleuropneumoniae),which affects the respiratory system of pigs,causes a high mortality,and accounts for significant economic losses in the pig industry worldwide.Previous reports have shown that some A.pleuropneumoniae strains are resistant to common antibiotics,and pose severe challenges to the prevention and treatment of the disease.This article reviews the latest research on the host immune responses during A.pleuropneumoniae infection,discusses the infection mechanism and immunogenicity of A.pleuropneumoniae in relation to innate,humoral and cellular immunity,and hopes to provide theoretical and practical supports for the prevention and control of pleuropneumonia,and guide the study on vaccine development and improvement.
