摘  要:为明确植物生长调节剂与磺酰脲类除草剂混用对麦田杂草的防除作用以及小麦安全性的影响,选择甲基二磺隆、啶磺草胺及氟唑磺隆与植物生长调节剂芸薹素、S-诱抗素混用,开展室内和田间试验验证对麦田杂草防效及小麦生长影响。在温室条件下采用目测法进行调查。与对照相比,啶磺草胺单剂处理以及啶磺草胺与芸薹素、诱抗素混用的整体防效最优。大田条件下,30 d绝对值调查法表明,啶磺草胺12.5 g/667 m^(2)+芸薹素10 mL/667 m^(2)处理对麦田禾本杂草防控效果最佳,株防效和鲜重防效分别是96.23%和97.73%。对比单剂的增效结果来看,采用氟唑磺隆+芸薹素或S-诱抗素的处理增效最明显。温室盆栽试验与大田试验结果表明,植物生长调节剂与ALS类型麦田除草剂混用可以起到明显增强除草剂药效的作用,可作为抗性治理的一个手段。It was the aim to clarify the effect of plant growth regulator(PGR)mixed with sulfonylurea herbicides on weeding and wheat selectivity in the fields.Mesosulfuron-methyl,pyroxsulam and flucarbazone-sodium were selected to mix with PGR brassin and S-abscisic acid,and laboratory and field experiment were carried out to verify the control effect of weeds and the growth of wheat.Visual inspection was used to investigate in the greenhouse.Compared with the control,the overall control effect of single dose treatment of pyroxsulam and the mixed dose of pyroxsulam,brassin and abscisic acid were the optimize.In the field,the 30 day absolute value investigation method showed that the control effect of pyroxsulam with the dose of 12.5 g/667 m^(2)+brassin with the dose of 10 mL/667 m^(2) on Graminaceae weeds in wheat fields was the best,and the plant control effect and fresh weight control effect were 96.23%and 97.73%,respectively.Compared with the synergistic result of single dose,the treatment of fluzosulfuron+brassin or S-abscisic acid had the most obvious synergistic effect.The results of pot experiment and field experiment showed that the mixture of PRG and ALS type wheat herbicides could significantly enhance,which could be used as a means of resistant control.
