济川煎联合生物反馈治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究济川煎联合生物反馈治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的80例脾肾阳虚型便秘患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,研究组予济川煎煎服联合生物反馈治疗,对照组予济川煎煎服治疗,均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:研究组患者治疗后各项观察指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:济川煎联合生物反馈治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘能起到更好的协同作用,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jichuan decoction combined with biofeedback on constipation with spleen-kidney yang deficiency.Methods:80patients with constipation with spleen-kidney yang deficiency who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 40patients in each group.The study group received Jichuan decoction combined with biofeedback treatment,and the control group received Jichuan de-coction combined with biofeedback treatment.The therapeutic effect was observed after 4weeks of treatment.Results:All the observation indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jichuan decoction combined with biofeedback therapy can play a better synergistic role in the treatment of constipation with spleen-kidney yang deficiency,improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
