谢海波运用麻黄附子细辛汤治疗缓慢性心律失常经验

摘　　要：缓慢性心律失常是常见的心系病证,是心悸的一种特殊类型。谢海波教授认为此类心悸基本病机为本虚标实,心、脾、肾阳气亏虚为疾病之本,兼有寒凝、血瘀、气滞、痰饮之标实。故临证治疗重在温阳散寒、益气养血,三阳同治,尤重脾胃,以麻黄附子细辛汤为基础方,随证合方,据症用药,灵活化裁,兼以宁心安神、活血化瘀、理气通阳、祛痰化饮之法。谢海波教授治疗心悸一证,临床效果显著,并举验案为今后治疗此类疾病提供借鉴。Bradyarrhythmia is a common cardiac syndrome and a special type of palpitation.Professor Xie Haibo be-lieved in the long-term diagnosis and treatment that the basic pathogenesis of this kind of palpitation is deficiency and excess,and the deficiency of three yang of heart,spleen and kidney is the root of the disease.It also has the symptoms of Qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,cold coagulation and blood stasis.Therefore,the treatment of clinical syndrome should focus on Warming Yang and dispersing cold,supplementing qi and nourishing blood,and the treatment of three Yang together,especially the spleen and stomach.Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction is the basic formula,combined with the syndrome,medication according to the symptoms,flexible cutting,and the methods of calming the heart and calming the mind,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi and dredging Yang,eliminating phlegm and resolving drink.Professor Xie Haibo's treatment of palpitation has achieved remarkable clinical effect.share and give examples to provide reference for the treatment of this kind of disease in the future.
