基于国家专利中药复方治疗慢性咽炎用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对治疗慢性咽炎国家专利中药复方的挖掘,分析总结其用药及配伍规律,为临床论治提供思路参考。方法:检索获取国家知识产权局专利库中近10年治疗慢性咽炎的中药复方专利数据,筛选符合纳入标准的处方并录入建立数据库,借助SPSS Modeler、SPSS Statistics、Cytoscape及R语言进行统计学分析及可视化。结果:共纳入中药复方专利数据287条,涉及中药623味;最常用药物有甘草、麦门冬、桔梗等,以清热药及补虚药为主;药性以寒、平、凉为先,五味则偏苦、甘、辛味,多从肺、肝经论治;常用对药为生地黄、玄参等,常用角药有桔梗、麦门冬、甘草等;系统聚类获得玄参、生地黄、麦门冬、牡丹皮等5个聚类新方。结论:系统总结国家专利复方数据库中论治慢性咽炎的整体用药思路,为临床用药提供参考。Objective:To analyze and summarize the dosing and compounding rules of national patent Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and to provide a reference for clinical theory of treat-ment.Methods:The patent data of Chinese herbal compound for chronic pharyngitis in the State Intellectual Property Office patent database for the past 10years were retrieved,and the prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria and en-tered them to establish a database,and conducted statistical analysis and visualization with the help of SPSS Modeler,SPSS Statistics,Cytoscape and R language.Results:287patent data of herbal compound prescriptions were included,involving 623Chinese herbal medicines;the most commonly used drugs were Liquorice root,Dwarf lilyturf tube,Platycodon root,etc.,mainly heat-clearing drugs and deficiency tonics;the medicinal properties were cold,flat and cool first,while the five flavors were bitter,sweet and pungent,mostly from the lung and liver meridians;the commonly used pairs of drugs were Drying rehmannia root,Figwort root,etc.,and the commonly used corner drugs were Platycodon root,Dwarf lilyturf tube,Liquorice root,etc.The systemic clustering obtained five new clustered prescriptions,inclu-ding Figwort root,Drying Rehmannia root,Dwarf lilyturf tube and Tree peony bark.Conclusion:This study sys-tematically summarized the overall medication ideas in the national patent compounding database for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and provided a reference for clinical medication ideas.
