摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台对金威尔教授治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的方剂进行组方用药规律分析,为临床提供辨证思路及用药依据。方法:收集2013年4月1日-2019年10月31日就诊于福建中医药大学附属人民医院眼科金威尔教授门诊治疗老年性黄斑变性的处方,并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台进行数据分析与挖掘。结果:共筛选出155首处方,涉及中药188味,其中频数较高的药味为茯苓、生地黄、黄芪、牡丹皮、枸杞子等,药性以温、寒居多,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经多属肝、脾、肾经,通过药味之间关联规则以及通过熵层次聚类分析得到新处方3个。结论:金威尔教授治疗AMD以补肝益肾明目、健脾祛痰利水为主,同时兼顾补气养血等。Objective:Based on the inheritance assistant platform of traditional Chinese medicine,the data mining of Pro-fessor Jin Weier's prescription for the treatment of age-related macular degeneration was carried out,and the rule of its prescription was analyzed,so as to provide dialectical ideas and basis for clinical medication.Methods:the prescriptions of Professor Jin Weier of Ophthalmology in the people's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of age-related macular degeneration from April 1,2013to October 31,2019were collected.Data analysis and mining were carried out by using association rules integrated by TCM inheritance auxiliary platform and complex entropy clustering.Results:155prescriptions involving 188kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were se-lected,among which Poria cocos,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Astragali,Cortex moutan,Fructus Lycii and so on with high frequency were selected.The main flavors were sweet,bitter and pungent,and most of them were warm and cold.The meridians belonged to the meridians of liver,spleen and kidney,and the association rules among drugs were ob-tained.Three new prescriptions were obtained by entropy hierarchical cluster analysis.Conclusion:Professor Jin Weier's treatment of AMD is mainly based on the differentiation of cold and heat syndrome,tonifying the liver and kid-ney,invigorating the spleen,removing phlegm and promoting diuresis,as well as tonifying Qi and nourishing blood.
