经典名方当归饮子历史沿革研究

摘　　要：当归饮子为治疗疮疥代表方,首见于严用和《严氏济生方》,由当归、白芍、川芎、生地黄、白蒺藜、防风、荆芥穗、何首乌、黄芪、甘草10味药物组成,有养血活血、祛风止痒的功效。通过全面收集整理当归饮子古今文献记载,从处方来源、主治病证、方剂组成及剂量、煎服法等方面对当归饮子进行系统梳理和分析,为经典名方研发和临床应用提供古代文献证据支持。结果发现,主治病证上,原方用于治疗疮疥、■癗,后世医家将其用于治疗疮疥、风癣、湿毒、赤疹、瘾疹等以血燥风热为病机的疾病,现代临床主要用于荨麻疹、瘙痒症、湿疹等的治疗;药物组成上,部分医籍在“芍药”“地黄”“荆芥”记载上有区别;炮制上,何首乌采用制首乌,甘草为炒甘草;剂量上,由于剂型变化导致各药味用量变化较大,当剂型为汤剂时,药物用量增加;煎服法方面,部分医籍遵原书,多数医籍改为汤剂,食远服。Danggui Yinzi,a representative prescription for the treatment of scabies,was first recorded in Yan Yonghe's Yan's Jisheng Formula.It is composed of ten medicinal materials such as Chinese angelica,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Li-gusticum chuanxiong,Rehmanniae Radix,Tribulus Terrestris L.,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Schizonepetae Spica,Po-lygonum multiforum Thunb.,Astragalus membranaceus,Ginseng.It is a representative prescription for nourishing and activating blood,expelling wind and relieving itching.Through systematically collating and organizing literatures,this paper explored the historical evolution of the prescription and systematically clarified the historical evolution,source,clinical application,composition,dosage,decocation method.It provided evidence of ancient literature for the develop-ment and clinical application of classic prescriptions.The findings demonstrated that the original prescription was used to treat scabies,and later physicians used it for scabies,wind heat-sores,damp toxin,red rash,hidden rash,etc.In mod-ern clinical applications,it is mainly used for the treatment of urticaria,pruritus,eczema,etc.In the composition of drug,some books differ in the records of“Peony”,“Rehmannia”and“Nepeta”.In the processing of medicinal materi-als,it is recommended to use the processed Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Roasted Licorice.In terms of dosage,the dos-age of each medicine has changed greatly as the change of dosage form.When the dosage form is decoction,the dosage of medicine will increase.In terms of the processing and administration methods,some medical records follow the origi-nal record,and most medical books are changed to decoctions,and the food is taken away.
