摘　　要：人体是以五脏为中心、以气血为物质基础的有机统一整体。五神藏于五脏,主宰人体精神活动;气血通畅、各脏腑之间功能协调发挥,可保证人体正常生命活动。神本于形,形神一体,形盛则神充,神旺则形壮。从“神”出发,除了论述《素问·五脏别论》中提到的四脏与神的关系以及相关现代研究以外,还阐述了肺藏魄与睡眠的关系,为中医药防治失眠提供思路,以飨同道。The human body is an organic and unified whole centered on the five viscera and based on qi and blood.The five spirits are hidden in the five viscera organs and dominate the spiritual activities of the human body.Under this premise,the qi and blood are unobstructed,and the functions between the various organs are coordinated to ensure the normal life activities of the human body.The spirits is based on the body,the body and the spirits are unified,if the body is full of qi and blood,the spirits is full,and if the spirits is strong,the body is strong.Starting from the“spir-its”,in addition to discussing the relationship between the four viscera organs and the spirits mentioned in the Simple Questions Five Visceral Organs and modern research,the paper also expounds the relationship between the lungs and sleep,and provides ideas for the prevention and treatment of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine.
