摘　　要：IgA肾病(IgAN)是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病。研究表明,上呼吸道感染与其发病及进展密切相关。中医学将人体视为一个整体,病位虽主要在肾,但与肺脏关系密切,肺肾生理相关,病理相及。基于肺肾相关理论查阅近5年文献从肺论治IgAN的实验及临床研究进展,以玉屏风散为代表的补肺法可有效防治IgAN;以银翘散等为代表的清肺法、麻黄连翘赤小豆汤等为代表的宣肺法可明显改善IgAN患者血尿、蛋白尿和水肿症状。然而,从肺论治IgAN作用机制仅通过某个角度或通路进行研究,这与中医学整体观不相符,还需借鉴现代研究方法从微观、局部、逻辑、系统地阐明其作用机制,为IgAN从肺论治提供一定研究基础和实验依据。IgA nephropathy(IgAN)is the most common primary glomerular disease in China.Research shows that up-per respiratory tract infection is closely related to its onset and progress.Traditional Chinese medicine regards the hu-man body as a whole.Although the disease location is mainly in the kidney,it is closely related to the lungs,which are physiologically related and pathologically related.Based on the theory of lung and kidney,this paper reviewed the recent 5years'literature on the experimental and clinical research progress of treating IgAN from the lung.It was found that the lung nourishing method represented by Yupingfeng Powder could effectively prevent and treat IgAN;The lung clearing method represented by Yinqiao Powder and the lung dispersing method represented by Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction can significantly improve hematuria,albuminuria and edema in IgAN patients.However,at pres-ent,the mechanism of IgAN treatment from the lung is only studied from one angle and one path,which is inconsistent with the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine.It is also necessary to use modern technical methods to clarify its mechanism from the micro,local,logical and systematic perspective,so as to provide a certain research basis and experi-mental basis for IgAN treatment from the lung.
