带锁髓内钉固定与锁定钢板治疗在成年肱骨干骨折患者中的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：探究带锁髓内钉固定与锁定钢板治疗在成年肱骨干骨折患者中的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年4月-2021年10月进行肱骨干骨折治疗的患者50例作为本次研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25),观察组(n=25),对照组采取锁定钢板治疗,观察组采取带锁髓内钉固定治疗,比较2组患者手术中各项指标,临床疗效,患者对肩关节功能及肘关节功能恢复的满意度比较,并发症发生率比较及生活质量。结果:给予患者不同治疗方法后,观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对关节功能恢复满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,但2组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经带锁髓内钉固定治疗,能够减少患者术中出血量,加快手术进度,减少骨折愈合时间,提高生活质量,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation and locking plate in the treatment of adult humeral shaft fracture.Methods:50 patients with humeral shaft fracture treated in our hospital from April 2016 to October 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)by random number table method.The control group was treated with locking plate and the observation group was treated with locking intramedullary nail.The operative indicators and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Comparison of patients'satisfaction with the recovery of shoulder function and elbow function;Comparison of complication rate.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The clinical treat-ment effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).The observation group was more satisfied with joint function than the control group,but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The com-plication rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation can reduce intraoperative blood loss,speed up operation progress,increase patient satisfaction,and has a good clinical effect.
