唑来磷酸联合仙灵骨葆胶囊对老年性骨质疏松症患者骨代谢及骨密度的影响

摘　　要：观察唑来磷酸联合仙灵骨葆胶囊对老年性骨质疏松症患者骨代谢及骨密度的影响。方法:选取我院2019年2月-2020年4月收治的老年性骨质疏松患者86例,随机分为唑来磷酸治疗的对照组(43例)与联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗的观察组(43例),观察患者治疗效果、骨代谢、骨密度及骨转化情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率高,骨代谢相关指标水平高,骨密度指标及骨转化指标改善好,P<0.05。结论:给予老年性骨质疏松症患者唑来磷酸联合仙灵骨葆胶囊,能提高治疗效果,促进患者骨代谢及骨密度的改善,抑制骨转换,值得借鉴。Objective:To observe the effect of zoledronic acid combined with Xianlinggubao capsules on bone me-tabolism and bone mineral density in patients with senile osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 86 senile osteoporosis pa-tients in our hospital(from February 2019 to April 2020)were selected and randomly divided into the control group(43 cases)treated with zoledronic acid and the observation group treated with Xianlinggubao capsules(43 cases),the treatment effect,bone metabolism,bone mineral density and bone transformation of the patients were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher effective rate of treatment,higher lev-els of bone metabolism-related indexes,improved bone mineral density indexes and bone transformation indexes,P<0.05.Conclusion:Zoledronic acid combined with Xianlinggubao Capsules for senile osteoporosis patients can im-prove the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of bone metabolism and bone mineral density,and inhibit bone turnover,which is worthy of reference.
