综合护理在颌面部骨折复位坚固内固定手术中的应用价值

摘　　要：研究综合护理在颌面部骨折复位坚固内固定手术中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2020年1月-2020年11月收治的52例颌面部骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受复位坚固内固定手术治疗,以随机数字表法作为分组原则,将其分为2组,每组各26例。观察组行综合护理,对照组行常规护理,比较2种护理方法的干预效果。结果:观察组和对照组相比,患者的术后并发症发生率更低,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05);护理后2组患者的疼痛程度均轻于护理前,且观察组护理后患者的疼痛评分小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组患者的满意度更高,经比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的负性情绪评分小于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,骨折愈合效果优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:颌面部骨折复位坚固内固定手术患者接受综合护理的优势显著,不仅可以降低术后并发症的发生风险,减轻患者的疼痛程度,同时还可以提高患者的护理满意度,因此,此种护理方法具备临床应用和推广的价值。Objective:To study the application value of comprehensive nursing in maxillofacial fracture reduction and internal fixation.Methods:Fifty-two patients with maxillofacial fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the main objects.All the patients received reduction and rigid internal fixa-tion.The random number table method was used as the grouping principle,and they were divided into two groups,with 26 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive nursing,the control group received rou-tine nursing,and the intervention effect of two nursing methods was compared.Results:The incidence of postopera-tive complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the pain degree of patients in the two groups were lighter than before nursing,and the pain score of patients in the observation group after nursing was less than the control group,the difference was significant(P<O.05);Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the fracture healing effect was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Maxillofacial fracture re-duction and rigid internal fixation surgery patients have significant advantages in receiving comprehensive care,which can not only reduce the risk of postoperative complications,reduce the pain of patients,but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.Therefore,this nursing method has the value of clinical application and promotion.
