达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效及其对患者内分泌性激素和代谢的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探索达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)不孕患者的临床治疗效果。方法将2019年5月—2021年10月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心所治疗的PCOS不孕患者110例作为研究对象,采用数字编号奇偶法分为对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组只接受达英-35治疗,观察组在达英-35治疗基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后性激素分泌水平、代谢水平和临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)等性激素指标水平与治疗前比均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)各代谢指标水平与治疗前比均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组患者的排卵率分别为70.91%、47.27%,妊娠率分别为52.73%、21.82%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.356、11.237,P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS,可有效改善患者性激素分泌水平,改善代谢指标,促进排卵和妊娠,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin on infertile pa⁃tients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods 110 patients with PCOS infertility treated in Zoucheng Ma⁃ternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from May 2019 to October 2021 were used as the study subjects,and were divided into 55 cases each in the control group and the observation group using the odd-even method of number numbering.The control group received only Diane-35 treatment,while the observation group re⁃ceived combined treatment with metformin on top of Diane-35 combined with metformin treatment.The patients in the two groups were compared in terms of sex hormone secretion level,metabolic level and clinical efficacy before and af⁃ter treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),testoster⁃one(T)and other sex hormone indexes in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment,the levels of cholesterol(TC),fasting blood glucose(FPG),triacylglycerol(TG)and fasting insulin(FIN)in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than that in,the control groupthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovulation rate of the patients in the observation group and the control group were 70.91%and 47.27%,respectively,and the pregnancy rate was 52.73%and 21.82%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.356,11.237,P<0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin on PCOS can effectively improve the patients'sex hormone secretion level,improve the metabolic index,promote ovulation and pregnancy,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
