摘　　要：孟河医派是明末清初始于江苏常州的地域性流派,其虫类中药的临床应用延传至今,因炮制方法独特而屡屡获效。本文通过对孟河医派虫类中药临方特色炮制品种和炮制技艺挖掘、收集和整理,从“病证结合,炮制意图明确”“化裁变通,达‘纠偏存性’之效”和“工艺标准结合,得‘特色质量控制’”3个方面揭示孟河医派虫类中药注重实效、临机应变的炮制特色,以期为开展炮制品种药效物质基础和毒性机制研究,为形成规范化、高质量的炮制工艺和质量控制标准奠定基础,为本土流派特色炮制技艺更好地传承和发展提供思路。Menghe medical school is a regional school which originated in Changzhou,Jiangsu province in the late Ming dynasty and early Qing Dynasty.Its clinical application of insect traditional Chinese medicine has been passed down to today,and its processing method is unique and has been effective repeatedly.This article revealed the actual effect of Menghe medical school insect pragmatic Chinese traditional medicine,the processing characteristics of maneuvering through to craft mining,collecting and sorting Menghe medical school insect in the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics processing varieties and processing from"combined disease processing intentions clear""flexible cutting,rectifying deposit sex effect"and"technical standard,characteristics of quality control"three aspects.The aim of this study was to lay a foundation for the research on the pharmacodynamic substance basis and toxicity mechanism of processing varieties,to form a standardized and high-quality processing technology and quality control standard,and to provide ideas for the inheritance and development of the processing technology of local schools.
