糖尿病诊治中血液生化检验结合血液流变学指标检查的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病诊治中血液生化检验结合血液流变学指标检查的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年9月江苏省邳州市中医院收治的40例糖尿病患者(18例为合并并发症组、22例为未合并并发症组)作为观察组,选取同时期40名健康体检者作为对照组。分析比较3组血液生化指标、血液流变学指标。结果合并并发症组血液生化指标及血液流变学指标水平显著高于未合并并发症组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未合并并发症组上述指标也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病诊治工作中,血液生化检验结合血液流变学指标能够有效反映近期血糖波动情况及血液状态。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of blood biochemical test combined with hemorheological index test in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 40 diabetic patients(18 cases were in complication group and 22 cases were without complication group)in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Province from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as observation group.40 healthy examiners in the same period were selected as control group.Blood biochemical indexes and hemorheology indexes of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results The levels of blood biochemical indexes and hemorheology indexes in complication group were significantly higher than those in control group and withhout complication group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The above indexes in without complication group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes,blood biochemical test combined with hemorheology index can effectively reflect the recent blood glucose fluctuation and blood status.
