玉液汤对2型糖尿病肥胖患者血糖及脂质代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的分析玉液汤对2型糖尿病肥胖患者血糖及脂质代谢的影响。方法选取2019年9月—2021年10月期间滨州医学院附属医院收治的94例2型糖尿病肥胖患者为研究对象,由计算机随机进行编号,再按照奇偶数分为两组,每组47例。对照组患者应用二甲双胍治疗,研究组患者在此基础上应用玉液汤治疗。两组患者均连续用药3个月,比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖指标、血脂指标水平。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均下降,且研究组各项血糖指标水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油与低密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉液汤能够显著降低2型糖尿病肥胖患者的血糖水平,能够有效改善患者脂质代谢紊乱现象。Objective To analyze the effects of Yuye Decoction on blood glucose and lipid metabolism in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 94 obese patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly numbered by computer and then divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers,with 47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with metformin,and the patients in the study group were treated with Yuye Decoction on this basis.The two groups of patients were treated continuously for 3 months.The blood glucose index and blood lipid index levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups decreased,and the levels of blood glucose indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of high density lipoprotein was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yuye decoction can significantly reduce the level of blood glu‐cose in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and improve the disorder of lipid metabolism more effectively.
