中药外洗治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究中药外洗治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年12月漳州市中医院收治的100例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方式分为观察组(中药外洗治疗的方式)及对照组(常规西药治疗),各50例。对比两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量、皮肤瘙痒程度。结果治疗前,两组皮肤瘙痒程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组皮肤瘙痒程度评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的糖化血红蛋白、空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组社会、环境、躯体、心理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者,通过采用中药外洗治疗的方式,能够改善患者的生活质量指标,提升疾病疗效,明显改善疾病预后,降低皮肤瘙痒程度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of external washing with traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic skin pruritus.Methods 100 patients with diabetes skin pruritus who were admitted to Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into observation group(traditional Chinese medicine external washing treatment)and control group(conventional western medicine treatment),50 cases each.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,itching degree of patients between the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically difference between the two groups before treatment in itching degree score(P>0.05);after treatment,the itching degree score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social,environmental,physical and psychological values of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients with pruritus skin,external washing with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life index of patients,improve the curative effect of the disease,significantly improve the prognosis of the disease,reduce the degree of skin itching.
