专科护理干预在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病围术期护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理应用专科护理措施的效果。方法选择陆军第七十三集团军医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的90例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=45,常规护理措施)、观察组(n=45,专科护理措施),对比两组患者的手术恢复情况、血糖指标及并发症发生率。结果观察组术后自主排尿恢复时间、肛门通气恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者采取专科护理措施进行干预能获得理想的效果,对改善患者预后有着积极的作用。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing measures for patients with uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes who were admitted to the Army 73rd Group Military Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=45,conventional nursing measures)and the observation group(n=45,specialized nursing measures).The recovery of surgery,blood glucose level,complications rate of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of spontaneous urination,anal ventilation,getting out of bed and staying in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventions with specialist care measures for patients with uterine fibroids associated with diabetes can achieve desirable outcomes and have a positive effect on improving patient outcomes.
