针药治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经对血清白细胞介素-32、前列腺素2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针+痛必宁治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)对患者血清炎症介质白细胞介素-32(IL-32)、前列腺素2(PGE_(2))表达水平及所连带的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2019年12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的EMS痛经患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予安慰针+痛必宁治疗,观察组给予固定穴位电针+痛必宁治疗。2组均治疗3个月。分别检测2组治疗前后血清炎症介质IL-32、PGE_(2)的表达水平,并进行分析和比较。结果:治疗后,观察组IL-32、PGE_(2)水平下降更显著,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组痛经程度均有明显改善,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针+痛必宁能够对EMS痛经患者血清IL-32、PGE_(2)表达水平产生积极的影响,电针可有效缓解EMS患者痛经症状,具有较好的临床效果。Objective:To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture+Tongbining on the expression of interleukin-32(IL-32)and prostaglandin 2(PGE_(2))in the serum of patients with endometriosis(EMS).Methods:A total of 80 women with dysmenorrhea due to EMS treated in the Department of Gynecology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from May to December in 2019 were included in this study and randomly assigned into two groups(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with placebo acupuncture+Tongbining,and the observation group with electroacupuncture at fixed acupoints+Tongbining.The expression levels of IL-32 and PGE_(2) in the serum before and after 3 months of treatment were determined and compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-32 and PGE_(2) declined significantly in the observation group and were different between groups(P<0.05).The dysmenorrhea in both groups was alleviated,and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture+Tongbining has positive effects on the serum levels of IL-32 and PGE_(2) in the patients with dysmenorrhea due to EMS.Electroacupuncture can relieve dysmenorrhea in the patients with EMS and is of great significance for clinical treatment.
