麻黄汤加减配合梅花针治疗慢性湿疹风寒证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麻黄汤加减配合梅花针治疗慢性湿疹风寒证的疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予麻黄汤加减口服治疗,对照组予枸地氯雷他定片口服治疗,两组均给予梅花针穴位放血。结果:治疗后两组EASI、瘙痒程度评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄汤加减配合梅花针治疗慢性湿疹风寒证疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Mahuang Decoction combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of chronic eczema with wind-cold syndrome.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Mahuang Decoction orally,while the control group were treated with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets orally.Both groups were given acupoint bleeding with plum blossom needle.Results:After treatment,the EASI and pruritus scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Mahuang Decoction combined with plum blossom needle is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic eczema with wind-cold syndrome.
