导火汤加味辅治小儿疱疹性口炎脾胃积热型临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察导火汤加味辅治小儿疱疹性口炎脾胃积热型的临床疗效。方法:86例按随机数字表法分为两组各43例。两组均口腔局部喷开喉剑喷雾剂并给予阿昔洛韦片,治疗组加服导火汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组退热、疼痛流涎消失、溃疡消退、进食正常时间短于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组白细胞计数以及血清CRP和TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规西医治疗基础上加用导火汤加味治疗疱疹性口炎脾胃积热型疗效较好,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Daohuo Decoction in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis of spleen-stomach heat accumulation syndrome.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.Both groups were sprayed with Kaihoujian Spray and given acyclovir tablets and the treatment group were treated with modified Daohuo Decoction in addition.Results:The time of fever,pain and salivation disappearance,ulcer regression and normal eating in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count and serum CRP and TNF-αlevels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the addition of modified Daohuo Decoction in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis with spleen-stomach heat accumulation type has good curative effect and high safety.
